Corupá is located on the north of the state of Santa Catarina, south of Brazil. It is regionaly well known because of the famous Waterfalls Route (Rota das Cachoeiras), a trekking trail that passes by fourteen wonderful waterfalls. The trail is about 2,5 km long, and it takes about 3 hours to walk along it.
Another tourist spot is the Seminary Sagrado Coração de Jesus. It was built in 1929 and there is a Natural History Museum inside it. It is open to the public just on Sundays.
