Sandboarding on Medanos de Coro National Park, Venezuela

14/06/2012

Medanos de Coro State Park is a preservation area that covers 91.280 hm² of desert and coastal habitat, including salt marshes. It is located in Falcon State, close to Coro, a nice colonial town on the Northwest of Venezuela. There are lots of sand dunes in this desert area, and the size and slope of many of them, along with the quality of the sand, make it a perfect place for sandboarding.
